Gilbert Arenas is one of the premier adidas Basketball athletes and one of the NBA’s elite players. Gil is also one of the most dynamic and media covered athletes in the NBA due to his fun, eccentric and sometimes over the top personality. adidas created the Gil II Zero Collection inspired by Gil’s multifaceted personality and brought to life through 20 unique shoe designs. EVB was asked to create a digital experience to celebrate the Gil II Zero collection, the stories behind the shoes and the unique personality of Gil. The result was an immersive web experience featuring all 20 shoes and 5 shoe specific web episodes telling the stories of the shoes as inspired by Gilbert Arenas.
